U.S gun control is not as strict as it needs to be.But the laws remain the same do to the Second Amendment which is completely irrelevent. The Second Amendment state that we have a right to a strong and well armed miltia nothing about indvidual gun possesion or ownership.Thats how they keep all gun possesion laws in allowed in the United States.
